About The 20 Minute Runner
May 10th, 2009 by the20minuterunner
I have been running off and on for years, mostly off in recent ones. But I started running again in the summer of 2008. Not long afterwards, I was introduced to the world of podcasting and began listening to various podcasts during my runs–I was hooked.
One day, as I was listening, it hit me: I could do that! So, after researching the topic for several months, I launched The 20 Minute Runner podcast. The experience has been one of the most interesting and fulfilling things I have done. The connection with the virtual (albeit literal) running community is truly awesome.
My goal is to encourage you, inspire you and motivate you in your training. While I am not a professional runner, like you, I feel that I have something helpful to share.

Thanks for sharing some of the road with me.

Roland didn’t know you were so into running. Good for you. I tried to run a little about 7 years ago and could hardly walk for 2 days. My knees can’t take it. You Go! Tell Cindy hi for me! Love you!
